Very interested in this. I like how you updated the bucket to include the lines and details.
one thing i see on your design that is missing or you might have already addressed this, are the 4 indents on the 2nd layer of the face mask.

Not trying to nit pick your outstanding design and workmanship.

I cannot wait to see this helmet casted and possibly (more than likely) order one.

Yes I was wondering when someone would notice.. I did as soon as I posted those renders, which is what I've been fixing..
I will be taking deposits long before its casted.. once I have a master ready to mold..

Here is a quick print pic, I spent a bit of time gluing it together and a bit of sanding.. pics not great but you get the idea lots of work to do still..

Thanks and I know he meant that..but is he wanting it sooner or later..some people want time to save..others want it asap.... either way I will get it done when I think its as accurate as I can get it I said in a post before maybe mid Aug..so we shall see... for now here is a front shot. Sorry for the horrible pics...something wrong with my camera. I will post more when there is something to show.

I get the feeling that the face-guard is too high.. The display shots show that it sits just about even with the lower eye opening, vs extending far up as it looks in your prototype. Is it just the angle of the shots?

Whaaa?? It's just sitting there for the photo. 2 separate pieces you guys wanted pics so I just set it together and took a few pics. Like I said lots of work to do. And it will mostly likely be a 2 part helmet. For casting/painting and shipping purposes. But I'll figure that out too

No problem if you look at the perspective shot there the nose plate is almost where it should be.. But I will make sure I match it as closely as I can

That looks beautiful.

I wouldn't mind waiting until late this year if it means this thing would come out looking like the original's twin. Hoping the finished one would come out strong, black, shiny and oozing with the dark side.

Have you noticed the raised edges on each side of the visor section? I have them marked in red in this picture.

So far no one I've seen has put this detail into their mask. In order to see them you have to look at the picture in pretty high definition, but they are definitely there, and made apparent by the silver/ wearing on the edges of each raised lip around the visor. Again, you really have to zoom in to see the detail I'm talking about. It's raisedception... it appears they have raised edges on raised edges.

Yes thank you I do have that picture. Mine does have raised edges. This is not a build thread. Please wait until I have something almost ready.

The pictures I have posted are just prints glued together, and temporarily sitting in place (muzzle section) this isn't a build thread. If I show a pic and say this is my final model then you guys can decide if you wanna buy I am trying to get it as accurate as possible so if the edges need refining you can bet I'm doing that
