Received mine today in the UK, superb cast and paint job, fits perfectly and the packaging was excellent. Money well spent!

Hi Rocket

The suspension (head brace) has been removed from a builders safety helmet and glued in to place using 5 minute epoxy resin. I then used foam to soften the sides and central area for comfort. With hard hats/safety helmets, the guts tend to just unclip and then you can still adjust for head size.
