Re: Kylo Ren Helmet From 3D model ***New pic #94***
Thanks
but I've had the physical piece in my hands for a while..I printed it
It will most likely be a 4 part helmet, 2 main pieces, Helmet and the muzzle, then the 2 longer strips that are at the very bottom.. I think it will be easier that way.
Thanks
Will do, I'll start taking deposits once I get my molding materials.. probably Mon/Tues
Cold cast is when there is metal powder mixed in with the resin for casting.. then you can sand/polish it to look like metal, instead of trying to paint the metal look.
Yes they do, the ones that sit below it make it look even better
Its all braced for molding now.. but I have an older pic.
Thanks on the list
Thanks
Looking pretty nice!
Since you have the physical piece in your hands now and are getting ready to mold it, have you decided if you will make this a single piece or will the central mouth cover be it's own piece?
Thanks
Now that looks gorgeous!

I'm in! please let me know when I need to pay

So I'm going to ask a dumb question because I can't find an answer on google, what's the difference between a cold cast and a regular cast?

The "flair" pieces at the bottom on the sides really makes a huge difference. Any chance of some pics of it being worn?
Thanks on the list
