What size do you anticipate these being? With a smaller head (23.5") and a more average frame I am looking for a helmet that isn't going to end up looking like a bobble head, which absolutely kills the character, IMO. Very interested, though. Just looking for the right helmet...

Smaller head? A 23.5" head is larger than average. I have a 22.25" head and it doesn't look bobble head ish :p I think it will fit up to a 24" nicely. I'll need a bit of padding like every other helmet :p

Ha ha ha, fair enough. I guess I am just used to most mass produced (especially latex) masks being around 25" and looking ridiculous. I am interested in a copy depending on how the final version looks when fully painted and completed.

Yeah I dont make ones that big.. but I will start taking deposits once the master is done.. so waiting till you see a painted one will probably be too late to get on the run.

Looking pretty nice!

Since you have the physical piece in your hands now and are getting ready to mold it, have you decided if you will make this a single piece or will the central mouth cover be it's own piece?

So I'm going to ask a dumb question because I can't find an answer on google, what's the difference between a cold cast and a regular cast?

The "flair" pieces at the bottom on the sides really makes a huge difference. Any chance of some pics of it being worn?
