I've been working on a kda akali cosplay and wanted to make the mask animated so it would move when I spoke, simple mouth open and close, maybe aeiou if it can be done, I'm trying to have it ready by anime expo, I'm doing her black lit outfit but the mask is what I'm hung up on

At 1:20-1:40 is where the mask shows up, I've thought about it and figured I could use micro leds hooked up to an arduino or raspberry pi even to animate it, I could use all the help I can get, I've never done something so complex and have honestly no experience making this kind of costume piece
