Based on a combination of the other photos we've seen, I dont believe this has facets like a traditional crystal, it appears mostly smooth and round. What appear to be facets in the main photo you've posted next to your sculpt is actually the reflection of a rectangular light through the crystal, I believe.

This pic might help clear things up a little:
It appears to say "Trust In The" in Aurebesh on the back side.
I've rounded out a few of the edges so it does have a somewhat smoother appearance, but there are still some hard edges in there as well. :thumbsup

Got it, so the side we see in the visual dictionary shot has facets, but the opposite side appears smooth.
The facet you have sculpted o the side that should be smooth is actually on the opposite side, you are seeing the shine of that shape through the smooth side. Ive oriented them the same below, so hopefully it makes sense. If you took the crystal and started spinning it, this is what you would see on opposite sides.
