Glad I found this thread. Been trying to find the Justified holster fot a while now(except my Glock 21 actually goes bang).
One thing to rember the 21 is about an eighth of an inch wider than a G17. I have a real G23 which is the. 40 caliber compact model that slide wise is the same size as the G17 9mm. From what I've seen of the airsoft guns all of them are based off the 9mm/.40 cal. which again are smaller than the Justified G21. I do have a set of UHC glock spring guns that fit my blackhawk serpa g21 holster but not the holsters for my .40 caliber.
There was an article in the 2014 Glock magazine that stated that Olyphant uses a G17 instead of the 21 (even though he says its a .45) and the g26 for a backup(which reality wise it would be better of two guns same caliber than two different calibers plus the larger mags are interchangable). The article also stated the 21 was used in G.i.joe retaliation by the Rock as his sidearm with an extra magcarrier added on, as well as the other Joes sidearms.

I too have been trying to find Raylan's Holster. I know in the first season he used a Bianchi Special Agent model 59 holster but he later switched to what I now call is NEW Holster. I have had NO SUCH LUCK finding it either........................... :cry Here are some photos (the only ones I have of it) in case somebody out there recognizes it..................................

Looking at that holster, kind of noticed a couple of things might help identify it.
First, the paddle back on the holster is leather(you can see the stitching in the first two photos). Most of the modern makers are using a plastic paddle.
Second, the edge of the holster in the last picture is pretty thick, probably about 4-5 thicknesses of leather(the holster itself is two front and back, then 2-3 thicknesses in the middle).
I dont know, this looks like either an older model of the Bianchi with a leather paddle, a leather paddle added or it might be a custom job.
I'd say do a search and look for "holster Glock 17 with leather paddle back". Probably be easiest.

Oh I have typed in everything looking for this holster since I first saw it. I think it was season 2 when the NEW holster was used. I know for certain it was in season 3 as you can see it when Raylan was at the range in the first episode. The closest thing I have found in the years I have been looking for this holster is this........................
