Jurassic World Halloween _ How to make a T Rex ?

Wasn't sure which section to post this.

My kids decided they want me to make them a dinosaur, preferably a T Rex for Halloween. I already a float I built years ago that we put the Rex on, float size about 36" x 7'

I have an idea of the scale , possibly making the Rex about 5' head to tail and depending on the stance, about 6' high to the top of the head.

Decorating the float isn't the problem, making a Rex is . With time a consideration, just wondering if anyone has ideas to create something that would look decent and be kinda basic to build.

Halloween is almost here.
Does anyone have an idea how I could make a dinosaur ?

I've seen a few methods using foam and cardboard

Check out Stan Winston School online, they have a tutorial for making a huge foam dinosaur. You'll have buy the stream to watch the entire lesson.

Not sure it's something that can be achieved in the time frame, or what it'll cost but it's worth a look.
