I ordered a gun kit from him. Told me it would be here by end of this month, mail ran, no show. Not responding to any emails. I really did not want to contact pay pal, I wanted the kit.

Hey Mustang, can you please PM me with your name as well as what item you purchased (I sell different pistol kits), and whether you got it from me off Etsy or purchased from me through PMs? Its possible your order got lost in the frenzy. Thanks.

I'm in a similar situation, I purchased an item from JJ Armory via their Etsy shop back in April and still haven't received it (or, in fact, seen any progress pics). It's now a month past the listing's advertised shipping window, as well as two weeks past an ETA they gave me after I specifically asked about it as I was going out of town briefly and didn't want to cause any issues (they assured me it would be delivered before I left, but I've now been back for a week and it's still not even shipped). I sent a message last Wednesday asking for an update, and again on Saturday - still no response. At this point I'm looking at alternatives to the item in question and am getting ready to pester them for a refund, as I feel this is just unacceptable business practice between the consistent failure to meet expectations and the lack of proper communication, AND up to this point I've seen nothing to indicate that the item I purchased even exists, let alone is nearing completion/shipping.
 
I got a response from them, and apparently my package was just shipped today and will arrive next Wednesday...Will update if/when that happens. They say it was shipped last week but the tracking number definitely shows it being shipped today, so I'm pretty sure they just blew off my order until I started harassing them and then they quickly wrapped it up, snapped a couple pics, and kicked it out the door. Boy I hope it's at least decent quality when it gets here, this has just been a comedy of errors...

Well I jsut got home and picked up my mail, and the item I ordered (a custom-painted halo suit) did indeed arrive. However, the quality is quite shoddy and they charged me double for shipping but were "generous" enough to refund me the markup after all the delays. The velcro is peeling or only half-stuck-on, the paintjob seems unfinished with no clear coat and poor adhesion, and is missing all the details that were in the original item description and photos, and there are numerous paint drips.

I am going to push them for a return and refund, this is in no way worth the hassle or money.
