JFcustom's FOAM files

JF,
question for you, which PEP designer program do you use? im sorry for the newb question but I am very new to this and my first attempt at pep is for my son and the batman cowl, then this master chief kids suit... also any extra advice you can throw my way would be appreciated!

Which pepakura designer program... unusual question. Well I use Pepakura Designer program. Pepakura Designer

...I want to start an Iron Patriot armor, but I have a query: should I rescale ALL the parts, even the foot and stuff? Thanks again, you're awesome :D
It can sound trivial, but you're building an armor. It means all these parts will wrap your whole body. Resizing them or not all depends of your own measurements...

Considering the boots : it's the same than buying your new shoes. You buy them according to your feet size.
The only difference here is you will not buy them, you will build them. The main preoccupation remains unchanged : the size !

You can build them as they are and run the risk to say "damned, its too small",
or you can scale them properly based on you feet lenth BEFORE building them.

It's applicable to every part, yes. That's why at the end a small guy has a small suit. A tall guy a tall suit.

I still get any files off of here they are all zip and I can't get this on my PC or tablet help me

Thanks, that seems legit to me :). I re-scaled the chest using my width and used the new scale (the last number) with the rest of the parts but the helmet and the boots, because i realized that its the same in all the files. Do you think this can work? sorry for being this newb :(

Thanks a lot again for your help and your unfolds!!

JF you're my hero, I cant unfold my way out of a paper bag, but your files make me so happy how can i donate to this project

flawless work as usual, cant wait to see the cannon, chest and back of the samus suit, my friend is gonna flip when he opens that huge box

Here's two things that I started on Monday just covered them.in resin

Thank you so very much for making these files available. You have been the only one on this site so far to make the pepakura files simple and easy for a rookie like me to acquire. Rock on!

Hi Looch, Rub 'n Buff is available at Opus online and probably at their brick and mortar stores as well.

btw, what brand of gold paint did you use?

Cool, thanks-I'll check it out. The paint I used was Rustoleum Metallic Specialty.

JFs stormtrooper files are now finished.
I wasn't able to get this home over the weekend but here's a pic of it all finished (minus a few touch ups of paint here and there) laid out.

I would really recommend this build for beginners, other than the helmet (which isn't a JF file I'm sure he could modify it to make it easier) each part has very few pieces, it was 100x easier than the Iron Man build I did. JF you've done an amazing job with these :thumbsup
