You can help me. At the moment everything with this version is scaled from pictures but the one dimension I’ve really struggled with and have no reference to compare with anything else is the width of the action. So if you have a stock how wide is it where it meats the action. It’s one thing I’m sure I got wrong. I don’t think mine is wide enough.
Assuming this is what you meant; the width is 1 1/16” inch. Height is 1 5/8”. (Unfortunately I couldn’t find my metric measure)

Your a star that you I’ll tell you how much I’m out in the morning. I did these drawing I long time ago whe making a scale version so
I was only interested in close enough . Now I’m more interested in getting it right.

so squinting through my eyes from behind the sofa I took Ukyank reference photo information and put it against ,my educated stab in the dark.
I've always been unsure about this dimension as I've had no clear reference to go on and normally I have the tendency to make things too big.
Well I am out. but I think this gets a pass until version 2 as I've already ordered a blank.

Started making the amo box’s. I’ve got a bowl full of blanks from Casino Royal, I was at the bottom of a stair well wile Danial Crage was fighting a bad guy and they were raining down on us red hot. I had to pick them up between takes so when home with a pocket full.

The 1 part tea half a spoon of coffee worked on the strap, took the white glare right off it.

Flimzy, I have yards of the woven strap material that is pictured above. The edge banding you pictured is thin and the weave is way off. PM your address and I'll send you a few yards.

A little nitpick, if I may. I think the font on the cartridge boxes is Gill Sans or something very similar. I've made a few replica cartridge boxes and weapons manuals and I've unintentionally developed a bit of an eye for fonts.

They look great otherwise.

Another home-run for flimzy:cool::cool::cool::cool::love::love::love::love::notworthy::notworthy::notworthy::notworthy:...it's getting tiring :lol::lol: Kidding of course!
Always great to see how the pros are making things(y)(y)(y)(y)

you are absolutely right. I tried it and it fit perfectly. that is why the RPF is so good. Thank you for having a eagle eye.

Zee?!? Do you think the case had a satin poly over the paint? I'm looking at your test piece and one of the close up pics of the case? One of those things that made me go,....Huh....(I wonder). (That damn inner voice, talking out loud again) lol
