The new Skyfall Biometric PPK. It appears to be a Smith & Wesson PPK in 9mm (.380) with a rubber type grip on it. It is also stated that its modified that only Bond can shoot it. There are 3 leds in the rear near the beaver tail that serve as part of a scanner to Bond's hand recognition.
It seems that Bond doesn't get this new PPK until he comes back. In the beginning chase scene it appears he is still using his standard .32 PPK. There is a debate on if the new pistol is in fact a PPK/s or a PPK. We do know with the beaver tail that it is a Smith & Wesson. I love how they modded a PPK instead of issuing him the latest and greatest compact pistol.
As neat as this was, I can't help but think three LEDs firing back into your eyes can't be great for aiming. :lol

That Type of magazine is known to the gun community as a Beta-Mag.

It looks like the with the holster attached is probably leather while the one that secures it around the other side is a sort of elastic band.
