Don Juan: I'm about the same height as you and I have been working mostly on a scale of 384.763061 (For foam not paper though) for pretty much ever part except the helmet, hands and boots.

For me it means that the length of the parts are correct, but I generally have to pad the pieces on the arms and legs for them to fit properly as they are frakkin' HUGE inside, but I think that is mostly due to the fact that WM parts are always larger than IM parts.

This is a pic from my thread with a partial suit up that shows the scale and how it fits. I've come a long way from this point now though lol, but it might give you an idea.

Don't go by that chart, it isn't necessarily correct. It might give you a bit of a starting point but you're better off using the 'Point to Point Measuring' tool in Pepakura Designer.

That looks awesome mate :). How did you attach the hip plates? Looks like elastic or something to the inside of the hip of the cod/lower torso? That's what I thought of doing but unfortunately I had to add a spacer to one side of the abs/lower torso to get it to fit just right, which means one hip plate doesn't fit properly lol...I'm still pondering a way around that.

its just a tape. but my plan is to put a velcro in the cod and hip plate. so that it can be detachable
