Torx- For arm and knee joints, I'm building polycentric hinges (like what's on a knee brace) that can be popped apart with a little force. It requires hinge plates to be fiberglassed in, but they won't take up much space at all. Ball joints at the shoulder would be tough, I'm designing a bracket to attach the shoulder bells to the torso so that they can swivel. Depending on the forearm and glove builds, the biceps may be wearable without top-straps. As always, I explain stuff poorly, so I'll try and get pics up of the hinges soon.

Don Juan- Here's the 393.5 suit with a 9.00 scale in paper. Keep in mind pieces are just tagged together and not oriented exactly, but this is good for 6'1"-2" person.
