First test for gold finish
Im using Spaztix base black under spaz tix mirror chrome
Need to let it sit and polish the chrome finish tomorrow and then I will try the gold

Too bad these aren’t accurate but definitely worth a finish and possibly the results I’m looking for. The photo looks bland but it's much shinier in person.

Most clear coats destroy these chome paints. If you dont get good results try oil based poly. Its not as hot.

Yeah definitely don't do anything clear coating one top. I tried that test. Looked horrible

I kind of like the nature of the ark being something you really shouldn't touch for once.... You guys get a bit more wiggle room on easily-marred finishes over, say, a helmet.

FYI for effects, there are some decent smoke units (essentially modded vapes) on Etsy that are effective. From my own experience, it beats the crap out of modding cheap vapes yourself
