It looks to be so. I just found mention of it on another prop board. Never new that. we have about 6 more of these book lights at my work. They sell for around $7 each.

I used Krylon Fusion Black and Rust-Oleum Hammered Gold with some silver highlights on the bolts and some silver dry brushing in spots. The red on the leg hoses is Folkart Acrylic Metallic Garnet Red #665

When I saw the first pic, I never would've thought it was a nerf gun...convincing convert and looks pretty damn badass! Gotta love those nerf designs!
