Edit (10/23): So after my initial costume (covered in the first few posts) I set out to improve my costume. A new wig was designed to enlarge the head and new prosthetics created for my eyebrows. It greatly increased the look.
New images from Dallas Fan Days:
I've started working with makeup and prosthetics and have decided to take on Pennywise from the upcoming movie. There is a pretty decent replica costume coming out of China, so I have ordered that. As far as makeup goes, here's some progress shots.
This image was the initial test for the basic makeup. Checking the reds and white. The reds clearly aren't dark enough. The contacts were carried over from my Junkrat costume.
The next test was with fangs as the front teeth and eye makeup. Images later showed that Pennywise has mangled buck teeth so the fangs were replaced:
Pennywise's lower lip is exaggerated so I set about making a prosthetic that would make my lip thicker. I blocked out a form in clay, molded it and did a test run in latex along with a quick makeup test to see how it looked. I found buck teeth and dremeled these down to fit the jagged look of his.
Next part that I am working on is the inset eyebrow lines. These have been blocked and I'm molding these today.
