I didn't notice my name on any list and i have patiently waited for a very long time to either receive the wrist comm I ordered or get my money back.

Suggestions anyone?

Hey Sean,

sorry, I can´t do anything for you at the moment, and since it is not clear when Florian is going to make the rest of the orders, you´ll have to wait longer for what will happen :\

I do my best trying to help, but can´t make any promises besides compiling another list of outstanding orders. Since I don´t have an unlimited amount of time, and this business takes some time and has been going for over a year, I myself don´t know how long I will be able to pursue this after all, since there seem to pop uip more and more people waiting for stuff :( :unsure

Well...with all given respect and appreciation to the time and efforts Michael has put into this issue, I think this topic should be proceeded by Florian himself. He finds the time to post at the RPF here and then, so we know he´s here.

The second and last wave of items will be sent soon.

As for me processing, I don't have a clue at this moment how I should do it.
I can't be / don't want be involved with any kind of financial transaction.

Please feel free to PM or email me with any kind of questions. I will anwer them within 24 hours. You can even call me names via PM. I know I deserve it.

If you look at the picture, there a two items that "don't belong there"

) a finshed TWOK phaser
) a casting of a cabin light box to make a ENTERPRISE light panel.

These are meant as a reimbursement for not deliverd items.

If nobody wants them, the will be auctions off (by a third party) and the money will be used to a) cover the third party's expenses
b ) for refund.

Guys,
no problem here, Markus, thanks for the backup (he got pretty big feet to kick my ass, ya know, and is taller than me by 1.5 heads size, so I really gotta think on what to do :p )

But the program will run its course.

I haven´t heard back from everyone on the list, so the items Florian mentioned are still up for grabs, i.e will be offered to those that don´t get all of their stuff.

Flo, less posting on the board, and more writing on your promotion ;)

Is there a guesstimation as to what S&H are going to run from "A" to "B"? Granted I would assume it's going to depend on how many say Yay and then split the cost that many ways (which will suck cost wise for me as Mic only lives 4 hrs away). Also will there be a second showing of the second set? Because I have to tell you right now the finished product doesn't look near what was promised.
Examples???? What should have been a piece of smoked acrylic for the face of the Hero prop is painted resin. Pinstriping tape and decals are coming off. I assume that Issac is trying to get this done and out of his hair for the least amount of cash outlay and I'm sure that after this he'll probably wash his hands of prop building for awhile (insert cynical comment here) but at least exit with SOME class. So I guess that Issac can answer the question about the qualtity and if it's going to be the same - Enjoy the trade and keep my end of it . If the qualtity improves, then I'll look forward to getting my hero. :thumbsup

(duh) I realized I'd never looked at the links to the bigger pics.

I will wait to decide until the projected costs of shipping to the States and further distribution will be, but I don't intend to spend very much at all to receive that "TMP Hero Comm".

Hey folks,

just to throw some info at you for consideration, the initial shipping cost from Austria was 13,50 €, shipping of the current package to the US will be around 30 Euros, coming to approx 50 US-$ total. This divided up would make it approx. 4,20 US-$ additional shipping cost per item for "A to B". I´d divide it up by number of items per customer, instead of weight per item, since i don´t think that there´d be a very big difference in shipping if the items would have been shipped individually, so everyone´s getting an "okay" shipping quote to the U.S.

I don´t know what shipping will be in the U.S., but I´d assume not more than 10,00 US-$ for the medium sized items.

I am pretty sure that the next items would be of better quality, and that after the outstanding orders have been filled, there won´t be any more sales, that is what Flo told me a while ago. He said that he learned a lot from this

But at the moment, I´d personally kick his butt if he´d even think about making props (even if he had money to buy stuff etc.) before finishing his promotional work in the field of nutritional sciences (something about asthmathic bronchial diseases of children). But this will be over by the end of the month, and then I see a chance of making a second shipping of the rest of the stuff.

And by then, I am sure that he is capable of doing it by himself again ;) Let´s keep the fingers crossed.

Okay, concerning the quality.

Dave (ursus): Most items werde made serveral months ago. They even survived a small fire around x-mas. The pinstripping is comming of. But than can be fixed in a matter of minutes. And I used resin inserts of the traded build ups.
As I don't have the hero moulds, I kindly ask you to PM me, Dave. Maybe we can work something out.

I'm just wondering why I have to wait so much longer, particularily since I've been kept out f a loop that was designed to "help" people.

I initially placed my order when information was posted over at the ASAP Board.

While browsing the ASAP board recently, I don't recall seeing much, if not any, information regarding what I find in this current thread. And I haven't always been a member here. I certainly hope no one assumes that everyone here is a member of both and that they have the time to browse both.

I couldn't join for a long time becuase new memberships were not bring accepted.

Regardless, I haven't even received any e-mail regarding the status of my order, nor any information regarding the current attempts at resoution. I've gotten a few in the past claiming that my order was allegedly on the way, so contacting has always been possible.

Quite frankly, I've become cynical because of the continued excuses and the disturbing lack of contact.

I'm almost ready to concur with my namesake (Masterjedi) above, but I'll wait until I receive a response.

I´m sorry to hear that yor´re another one of those, who are waiting for items from Flo.

This thread and a previous one were opened to give people a chance and platform to adress their issue with Florian. -No need to tell the whole backstory yet.? :rolleyes - All of the people, who posted, mailed and PM´d Michael and me during the time, the "consolidating-thread" was active, were added to a list. This list is the base for the actions, that Michael is undertaking right now.

The stuff he received from Florian isn´t nearly as much as what is owed to the people on the rpf (and others), but it´s a start. I guess the best thing you/we could do right now is to be added to the list and get through to Florian parallely.
He´s visting the rpf again and trying to smooth things out.

Michael, don´t wanted to hijack "your" thread, just my 2cents ;)

Hey Sean,

as already explained by Markus, we initally had set up this thread to open a platform. But this means a certain amount of personal initative from everyone who is owed. Since we never received a list from Florain about outstanding orders, we had people email and pm us with what they were owed. And since the RPF is our "home turf", I personally never intended to try and add everyone who is owed. Howeever, since some RPFers had friends on other boards and forwarded a link to this thread, we decided to include those of other boards in the list as well, if those people emailed us (see the first list and the ongoing thread).

So, since we hadn´t heard from you, no wonder you are not on the list ;)
And as I said before, I am sorry that I don´t know what will happen enxt, this is all up to Flo. But I am pretty sure that the rest of the stuff will show up some time, and that he will take over this thread on his own after he finished sorting out his doctors work.

Since IMO everything has been said and all possible questions have been answered in this thread, I again ask to keep the thread clean and slim, and send any additional questions to me via pm.
