Speaking for myself only, the main reason I don't campaign for a ban is because I want those left wanting to leave every line of communication for opportunity to recover. Once banned we loose the ability for PM and RPF email communication.

In this case Florian has been banned from the JY. As far as I know he has no website or other means of continuing to screw people so it's not like 'time is of the essence' in banning. Obviously it appears all chance of further recover has been pretty much shot to smithereens. I believe there was a request by one member more directly involved in the contact process to give it a couple more weeks. At this point a couple weeks is no big deal.

AMEN to that 'bro. I've seen people get banned for MUCH less that Florian's pulled here. Even with all the lists, emails and shipments... Florian will still have screwed over at least twice as many people who will ever see anything. As it is, most of the stuff he's shipped appears to be crap.

I'll be glad when this is fianlly finished as I never want to hear any reference to this POS again. :angry

Well, I have never bought from FLorian, but I did just have a perfactly good sale with him from over on the TDH forum just a wek or so ago.

He was the one who bought all my 12" figures I had FS here and in the TDH cargo hold several weeks ago.
He was very kind, prompt in payment, and very quick with communication.

I couldn't have asked for a better overseas sale and transaction.

I deleted all my PMs from him from the sale on the TDH, and I don't remember who it was, but It is a TK or TD or TS something, I just don't remember.
Unless there is more then one Florian from Germany, it was probably him.
He sent me the $$$ out the blue for my sale, then I found out he was in Germany and I told him I needed more $$$ to send the package and he sent it right away. As far a buyer, he was a good buyer and I have no complaints.

I just PM'd Jay with the shipping info I had to see if it was him, I just assumed it was this Florian from Germany unless that name is like a common name there like some are here.

the deadbeat would be me, since I still have that package of his that I got about 15 months ago with most of the smaller stuff :redface The main problem here is a large portion of LAZINESS and a hefty case of DUMBA§§itis ! I moved twice over the last 12 months, and now that damn package is stuck in one of about 30 well stacked moving boxes and has yet to be unearthed :wacko.

Thanks for the reminder, I´ll get to this right away, although I have to ask a boardmember again if he is up to the task of redistributing the stuff.

About the larger, more money intensive orders : I am sorry to say that but I think they are lost for good. He never contacted me again, nor did I try to get back in touch with him after a several additional attempts over first half of the last year. I tried everything I could, but after that second suicide threat that he made and that ended with me calling the police AGAIN from 450 km´s away and a different country, I didn´t feel like getting involved any more. The last I heard from him was that he was working on his doctors thesis, I even tried to help him by offering digital backup copies of his thesis just in case of a computercrash, but after short time he stopped communications all the way.

Anyway, I still have the stuff, cost to send it over to the U.S.A. is covered as well as part of the redistribution costs due to the hand phaser and padd that he sent in addition to the ordered stuff.

Glad this thread is still up, as soon as I found that package, I´ll post again and start to get this going. Again. :rolleyes

As I said, I have shipping to the U.S. covered, and I think most of the redistribution cost. IIRC the involved parties agreed to pay for their shipping, which now will be less than before b/c of the money that comes out of the "spare" props (phaser and padd).

As soon as I have it in my hands again, I´ll post.
