None of these have brass frag bodies, FWIW, they are machined steel.

Some in good condition do show up, this looks like it has some sort of old layer of lube on it or something. I've seen even newer looking ones.

The aging looks right...especially on the vane...is that a hole on the vane in the top pic?

Is this yours and can we see it from the bottom without the clamp?
I don't see the stop for the vane anywhere though.
My real one did have red paint on the body there, still has some traces...
