Back and chest are one piece. I wear it like a tshirt but if u want it in two pieces you can make the cut there where the tapes are. You can connect them with either buckles or magnets
One more thing how did you scale the shoulders, I am having some trouble. I have made a back and chest and they are connected do you recommend building the bicep first?
