Wow I just found this thread and it is great. I was hoping to try this as my first build, Mk. 42 with sintra, minus the the under armor. I'd be very interested in hearing any tips/tricks that you have.

WOW!!! likewise just found this thread, i've been playing with styrene and searched for "armour styrene " and found it, Cant wait for updates.

Cool build dude! I'm looking at doing a similar build but gonna go the foamex route. As Foamex retains the light weight smooth finish but is not brittle at all and is super heat formable so its perfect for the compound curves on the suit I'm building! But the detail on this suit is just gorgeous! good to see I'm not the only person who thinks suits need under-suits and fast disassembly for ease of wear!
