Hey man just something I know a load of suits suffer with, the biceps are cylinder tubes on this suit, that can cause huge problems on the inside of the arm against the chest. Honestly would be worried that the inner section of the bicep will grind against the chest when moving. And with all the loose edges of the MK 5 it'd be a damn shame if a part got caught and broke something.

Just my thoughts cause I've seen it happen to loads of armour builds and It's a serious pain in the ass!
Still amazing build!

if very true, the issue of connecting the arm to the torso without interfering with the movement and that the parts do not clash is a big deal, but I think I' m on track, the hardest thing right now is just shape the upper arm, the shape of the bicep and tricep together, many angles and curves that change shape in the set, I believe that I´m much closer at original model, is a lot of work but I want do it, I think I can do it, a quick sample of the arm design progress.-

THIS IS BEAUTIFUL.. Subscribed definitely!

Thank you very much, regards ! :cheers

well, I think I could give shape to the upper arm, I agree as stay, now remains unify with the torso and do all those "little pieces" to connect everything and give the final touch, now comes the fun part, just as I am inspired I started doing legs and boots, so I'll see what I'm doing, the helmet is already printed, I'm finishing to have the closing movement as in the movie, and divided it as is as shown at the time of action , but I do not want to distract with that now, I want to finish the design before.

I think this is a great, wonderful, hard work! Because i think mark 5 is the more difficult suit to design and realize:D

I need change some parts and started to design all the little pieces to connect to each other, so am doing internal frame that fit when deployed the arm in full and give strength and shape with typical movements of an normal arm.

By the time you're done making this, I should have my 3d printer.

I sure would love to print this suit.

the issue is that takes time, and unfortunately I'm not a millionaire like Tony Stark :p, I have to work yet, I love my job and everything I do in a matter of design, I have my priorities well defined, for make this type of things, some one need motivation, and do it when you want or is inspired, there are times that I have time and do not really feel like doing a ****ing line and I do something else, it's like anything, for I have my obligations, I do it when really I like, there are times when I'm working and I scape a bit of the reality of life, because I have the "inspiration" at the time, (but is a short time) and I do. :)
