Man this just keeps getting better! The ab section turned out awesome.

I was thinking the other day how great it would be to stand by a front window all decked out in the suit with the faceplate up and when a neighborhood kid comes by act startled, give him a wink and the international finger-over-the-lips "silence" signal and then close the blinds.

It just opens up so many opportunities for messing with a young mind.

Small update! The abs are ok, I burned all of the detailing in them with a soldering wand and flubbed up a small area on them. I don't like it but, I'm still using them. I also shot 3 coats of Plasti-Dip on them in black. Elbo shields are painted and I'm putting them together with the biceps & gauntlets as I post. The cod piece is beautiful! In my opinion Its by far my Best Piece to be painted in the morning. :love The abs received some fresh paint but I didn't take any pics cuz its 0 dark30 right now. So you'll just have to wait t' see. Ceeya'll tomorrow. Keep Building!....:love

Cod Piece!, Cod Piece!, Cod Piece! This thing is beautiful! these pictures don't do it any justice. I don't know why? but, I'm really proud of this thing. I finished painting before work today. Tomorrow I'm gonna show you guy's wearing what I have finished. Keep Building!....

This isn't quite what I had in mind, but i'm making modifications and was test fitting so I shot some pics. I'm making some abs out of cardboard and fiberglassing them just to have a better pair for this build. I'll post pics when I get done assembling them. Also I'm strengthening areas of the chest piece I feel needed. Keep Building!....

Thanks Guy's, I have alittle ways to go and it seems like the last part is the longest mile to the finish! I can't wait myself. What I've made so far is very comfortable, has alot of mobility, and fits me like a glove! Keep building!....

Just a quick question, to get it straight in my mind:

With the cardboard, you only fiberglass the *interior* side? And then you resin everything else including the exterior?
(using baby-powder) And then you bondo the rest...

Another Small update! I made another neck armor plating and posting the pics. It will be complete with the robotic look at the basefront like this example in the second thumbnail. Keep Building!....

Just a quick question, to get it straight in my mind:

Both inside and out, and use fiberglass cloth inside for strength. The rest is correct after that.
