These Thumbnails aren't in order I don't know why they uploaded this way? but you can download them and follow them for references. Mine are made entirely from plastic, I didn't want use foam rubber It was me only trying and figuring out how i wanted to do it. Keep Building!....

If you have a store something like a dollar tree, 99 cent, or big lots. check there for specialty or novelty flashlights. The kind that have multiple modes. If not Autozone,Checkers,or Pepboys might be your best bet. They can get expensive. Keep Building!....:thumbsup

Yep, Its on the posts above the pic of the eyes that describe the lenses. The pic with the ironman cutout. When you apply the boxes make sure you glue just above the openings (eye slits) around the edges of the eye base not on them. :thumbsup Keep Building!....

All the info is in this thread. Go through page 6-7 it should help you. Soldering is one option for - /+ connections, and a electrical kit from the auto parts store is another. Tinker around with it, and let me know where you get stuck.

this is crazy ... you got some great leds for your eyes ... i was tinkering with some spare PC dvd/cd drives and took those apart looking for ideas and got some thoughts and some leds out of them but the dollar store flashlights is a great idea ... how bright are those lights in the dark compared to in the llght of day?

These eye pieces are really bright like headlights at night! Its a 95%Scratch Build from my first suit. I have mechanically drawn templates made from cardboard and card stock. The only robo files i used are the 3d bicep and shoe. I also added to them. He's a Geniuous by the way! :thumbsup And the chest & Eye pieces are 99 cent store plastic containers cut and made into what they are. Check pages 6-7 thumbnails they explain alot. Keep Building!....:love

Ah.. the robo files. He's a genius I agree. Thanks Mr. Stealth. I might use his files in building my own armor,I'm wondering if I can combine it with the duct tape build of sir mclean. I had already started my helmet using the shark/dubean file. I think I'm going to follow your guide sir Dynamo on the eyes with the combination of sir Maulfetts "tap switch" as seen on his thread. When he closes his faceplate the eyes light up! Keep Building!

Small Update, been very busy. I have alot more to put up tommorow. I'm almost finished with bondo on everthing and sanding Its Going really fast! I wanted to know what colors should I go with on the Biceps & Thighs. Ending IM movie Mark 6 All gold & grey, or Original Red & Gold? You guy's help me decide. :confused Keep Building!....

Incredible... but wouldn't cardboard be difficult to bend, and get really sharp/crisp lines?

You don't bend the card board. It's cut and two pieces join to create the folds. Read through this thread there are numerous pics of his process.

Hey Guys! These were finished today. Nothing Spectacular Yet! They are ready for paint. I wanted to know what colors to go with New Mark 6 gold & grey, or original red & Gold? Please reply! .....Pics will be up after I finish tommorow. Its on to the forearm gauntlets and elbow shields then I will assemble everything. If you noticed I'm going head to toe. The boots & shoes are last. Keep Building!....
