HI Everyone I am new to the form. i have built a Iron man mk 6 helmet from pep files i got from a friend. but i have been more interested in building a 3d printed suit due to the time and effort it takes to build one from fiberglass and body-putty. i have heard one can convert PDO files to 3d files can cut them to the size the printer can print them. can someone help me with a bit of info?

HAHAH yeah my printer has been going non-stop and i found a good cheap filament.
It also helps that the library at my school has the same printer i do and i can print for free there :cool
thats why I've been going so fast

I had scanned my head using a Xbox Kinect and skanect so I just adjusted according to my head not really a scale

at the moment i stopped my printing process and work on a smoother and edgier mesh.
here a little comparisson: http://screenshotcomparison.com/comparison/135624
you can see the lines are (in my opinion) better than the original files - so i don't need so much time to make the files smoother with sanding.

testprinting of the left forearm is done - looks much better than the original file - smooth surface and nice lines . i will make pictures soon as i can . i will work on the biceps now, because the polygons on it are derrible .
