Interest IRON MAN MARK 42 / 43 Age of Ultron full wearable armor suit LIMITED OFFER Run .

Many thanks for all your input :) really appreciate and Leslee is being communicate with me closely to bring more ease of use to the suit, in every little section.

So here is some more progress of 3d model preparing and design changes. We plan to make the glove armor in a way of not destroying the looks and make use of the groove lines design to part it.

And I have done the design changes to pelvis armor with extension too, it should go up and connect underneath the torso to minimize leakage by my end :)

Pelvis armor parting as colors showing, same as I did to the torso piece, there are certain range of adjustment on side could be made with less headache in coverage.

We are doing all these changes to get better work and keeping it looks nice for wearing the suit ;) hope you guys like it. So stay tune for more update of the printed piece :D

This looks awesome!! well done to you and leslee so far, I think its great that you guys are taking on board the feedback. Great idea with the corset and hands!! May I suggest very strong earth magnets for to keep the top attached to the hands, I appear in front of a lot of kids and they are always pulling at your hands, would be a bit embarrassing if a bit feel of Ironman lol Im really excited to see this project complete and get my order in!! :)

Well done to you both. Its nice to see the engineering behind this to all range of motion and wearability. I cant wait to start seeing this assembled!

Thanks guys ... yes , we are aiming very high level for the armor , as ive been go through lots of meeting with my buddy , he work very patience and luckily didn't throw his shoe or boots on me ..lol.. ... and he will need to re model those parts again and again , NOT only to make it perfect scale and size , and to put in his design afford to make it easy to suit up and without making some parts in one piece , this is to keep the perfect scale as we all know that MARK 42 / 43 design was quite slim ... not a bulky armor .

Will have more update soon.

Here are more printed parts that took FOREVER to smooth and clean .

Although its lots of work and time consumed ... But im very happy on the result , look at the detail .....

Since you will make the neck and other rubber parts in much more flexible rubber vs you other suits will you be dying the parts so there is no cracking paint when it flexes?

Most of the soft flexible parts will be cast in urethane , and ive been advice by a good friend how to paint on Urethane material , i will try that . As for the abs armor , i still think it will looks awesome to cast in the same material as my previous armor . Will show the result when i have the first cast of suit .

I liked the way you made the ab armor in your MKVI, it was lightweight and adjustable for a few different sizes. The paint would crack if you flexed it too much but did not flake off, so you couldn't see the cracks when it was in it's natural position. Having this part in fiberglass would be deadly, because it would be really a lot of weight to add to the suit.

I would suggest that you rethink the harness system and include a way to connect the ab section to the harness.

The harness should connect all the arm parts and attach to a shoulder worn harness (like your current one) but also include clips to attach the AB section as well as the thighs.

This is looking so good.  I can't wait to see the paint job later on and also to receive the final product!!!  The detail is amazing!!!

Hi Leslee, I am wondering if you are still producing these suits?
I am interested in having you build one for me.
Thank you,

I'm certainly looking around for an Iron Man suit, preferrably one not made out of foam so yours certainly meets my requirements! They look amazing!
Is this run still on? And, as I'm a person of a larger build, I would like to know specific thigh/waist maximums your suits would fit.

Okay, this is the work after holidays :)

Time to update what I did~~
Thigh armor remodeling, as we thinking about making the possibility of calf muscle might bigger in size than knee size for some guys...
That would be a pain for putting the parts on, so we put it in 2 piece part with flaps design, hinge system can be installed to the inseam and out seam with magnet :)
