Oh man...these teasers are too much! What a work of art! The detail is incredible and cannot wait to bring this to the kids!!!

ugh...my eyes are bleeding with joy... i remember in an interview that RDJ is actually rather short 5' 9" and they had to "boost" him. The actual stunt double is Clay Fontenot who is 6'2"

A small update for all , first layer of primer and abit of sanding ... the detail pop out even more after primer ...

Waist armor

and here is how we decide the waist to cater for wider range in sizing up and down.
the default

and the larger that you can play withing some certain range :D, I have some overlapping flaps to close up the matching area so it don't have leakage when wearing them.

The forearm set with elbow sleeve, we are happy with the inner detailing after prints, is crisp and clean enough :D

I will pack them up and ship to my buddy tomorrow, so he should be getting them very soon and start the mastering works too ;)

what do you guys think?

Those are beautiful parts Leslee!

Would you care to share on how you prep that dreaded White, Strong and Flexible material? I mean, I've had parts coming from SW and I couldn't see how to fill the porous material without taking away the details and sharp line?

Are you overshooting with filling primer and then cleaning back down to the print or something? I'm really interested in the process to have such a smooth finish!

If I wouldn't have my own MK3 in the making (for 6 years now), I would consider this masterpiece!

Thanks for the kind words bro .

Good choice for buying shapeways print .. and its not difficult to clean and smooth the print , printed with strong and while flexible material , u wont lose your original 3D model details ... however , u still need lots of sand and putty filler to make it as smooth . I coat the first layer with 2K primer , so u can easily see the surface , than i apply the surface with fine Nexa Autocolor filler .... and start the sanding work... its about few layers of filler work and sand .. until u get the smooth and clean result that u want .

Hope that helps bro .... yea .. i notice some great work there on your MARK III armor , keep it up bro .. MARK III is also one of my favorite armor ... thats a classic !!!

I didn't take the measurement when the parts with me, cause I just shipped them to my buddy :)

Picture of the armpit inner on me.
The shape is comfortable for me to slot in, and Leslee will cast this piece in urethane rubber to make it fit and form better for wearing it :)

How big is the opening for the armpit inner guard & arm sleeve?
