Pls excuse that i haven't post any update on this suit process ....... all parts are in smoothing process .. so i will show the final clean parts result soon .

Thanks . Waist can adjust in few size range...... we make the model in movie accurate height of 6' 2 " .

Hi guys,

Progress update for the major design changed to remodel the forearms armor, we embed pivot disc to match under biceps to make easier alignment join to both.
and by split the forearm into two that to make the fist/wrist goes in easily although there are price to pay for extra prints but we think this is going to make most people happy with it.:cheers:thumbsup

I have a masked rider mk4 suit....it is worn at least 3 times a week, every week for all sorts of events. Its time for an upgrade, I can tell you all that leslee's work is first class and lasts! even when its worn over and over again! The only things that I would like to add to this thread is a bit of feedback, to hopefully help:

knee area, leave enough room so that when you walk in the suit the thigh piece and the lower leg doesnt bash together. I have tried numerous hinge systems on my own suit, it just doesnt work, so just better to leave a wee bit of extra room.

faceplate, could you upgrade the magnets you use that holds the faceplate onto the helmet, if I need to add any extra bits to the helmet, (fan or batteries) the extra weight means that the faceplate can drop off when you are looking down, say at a child etc.

The neck brace needs to be made of something softer compared to the other suits. although it looks fantastic...there is little to no movement while wearing it. I did have to trim around the shoulder area to get it to close, which is fine, and a great option to have, but it needs to be made a lot softer.

I love the idea for the corset part,on the new suit. im a 36 inch waist, and had to put a zipper/velcro system on the corset of my mk4, so I could get into it. it give me an extra inch to work with on either side of the corset.I would suggest making it adjustable up to a 36 inch waist if possible.

I cant wait to see this complete and get an order in for it, I love the way its shaping up, and I hope some of this feedback will help make this suit even better, I have clocked up over 200 hours wearing your suit and I cant wait to see if this one is even better.....you have set yourself a big challenge!
