Iron Man (Mark 17) Heartbreaker

Hello everyone!

I'd like to show you some photos of my Mark 17 Heartbreaker costume.
This is my second costume and first Iron Man armor.
Costume is almost finished.I want this suit to be perfect so I'm working on upgrading connections in the suit and improving electronics (i'm going to add more lights, servo arm in the helmet and flight stabilizers on the back). I will post more photos of improvements in my suit.
Material- Eva foam 4mm
Pattern- Heartbreaker Papercraft figure

I've used neck from War Machine foam files and added Heartbreaker modifications later.

I've put 4 coats of wood glue on every part before painting.

Some paper tubes, hot glue and hanger for clothes. All that was found in my house.
As a result, we received a nice stand for armor.

Nice ! Is it rigid enough after 4 layers of glue? Or do you have cracks?

In the begining i have a lot of problems with cracks but then i changed brand of my wood glue. That reduced my problem.
Armor is rather flexible. Only on the edges (for example on the legs) i have cracks. I suppose that friction caused by walking is the problem. I'm going to add more layers on this vulnarable parts.
