Thx! I used 5mm EVA foam overall. And 10mm for chest and back. Also the cod is 10mm. And the 'neck part' of the chest piece is also 5mm. I never overlay any foam, But i do glue allot of it a bit deeper or higher to create the difference like on the real suit. So like just half the edge. But i might add more tips and explenation on how i did it this weekend when i have time.

WOW that is some amazing work!! I am still tackling my first pep helmet and it's a huge pain I can't imagine how hard the whole suit build is gonna be. What size foam did you use for certain parts? It looks like some foam pieces are thinner than others when they're layered. Could you share your details? Thanks and keep up the great work!
