Imperial Travel Biscuits from The Mandalorian TV Show

Got an answer from Kathy O'Brian. Biscuits were made of real food for the show.

I have been doing some test, with Wood PLA and Fuzzy skin feature. They ended up like rice cookies, which is great. I strongly recommend to print them like this. Just pm me If you would like to acquire this STL model.

Saw this on my FYP on TikTok.

Here's my first attempt at heat-sealing freezer bags. They are thick enough to keep the placement of the biscuits, but I feel they might be a little too opaque. (Though clearly the originals were still somewhat opaque.) Going to try to track down some slightly more transparent bags, or some raw plastic sheet in this thickness, which feels right.

There was a interview somewhere where the actor said they tasted like coconut, and she hated coconut

I’m under the impression they really made edible bars for on screen use

They were made by the production. There was a nice panel with many of the prop masters from Mando, Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, etc. this past weekend (LA Comic Con) and one of them was talking about how they went through tons of different energy bars and ended up making their own.
