Immortan Joe's Skull Shifter Knob

Dude. That is freaking amazing. I need to get a 3d printer. Then Zbrush. Then learn to use it. Then acquire money to print things. :lol

You know, I had a thought like this, too but reading your post, and then out loud, made me realize how much effort I've got to put in it.

"Fudge it".

Hello Logan74k,
I just registered myself here because I love your Skull Shifter Knob design.
I like to make a tin cast of this for my and a friends car. Any chance I could have the *.stl file from you? I own a 3D Priter, will print it in ABS, smooth it with acetone, then make a silicone mold from it and cast it in tin. Im not good in designing organic stuff like this knob, I only could do some qubic designs in Inventor ^^ and this is why I ask your support.

Greetings from Germany!

logan74k I actually just got a 3D printer myself, and I'd also love the STL for this bad boy (if that's something you're comfortable doing). I'd be happy to pay for it!

Old thread, but I loved this shifter as well and tried my hand at it while I was in school a few years back. I'm sure the model isn't as clean and it definitely doesn't look as good as OPs, didn't do threads either, but I ended up printing a couple small as keychains. STL here for anyone looking for it in the future.
