Ahoudini, you're the best, and Wonderful find Cessna!!!

I've been MIA for a bit, but I'm still busy working on Joe. Since last time I've added the fabric trim to the edges of the armor, as well as made the shoulder pads (the worbla shape came out okay... :/ I will likely vacuum form them eventually). I'm starting the holster and belt tonight. I also got confirmation from shapeways Ein's easy rider pin is on the way. Woohoo!

Here's a quick makeup test I did for fun... Apologies for the not very screen accurate birthday hat - this was for my good friend, who is also a HUGE Fury Road fan's birthday card. I completely forgot to take another shot without the hat!

Also, before I forget. I have an extra 240 auto badge for the codpiece if anyone is interested? You can have it for free!

Downloaded a nut model from Thingiverse, modified it into a castle nut with Tinkercad and then printed it in the three sizes we need on my brand new FlashForge Creator Pro:

For those of you hesitating to get into 3D printing, here is one enthusiastic push forward!

BTW, they weigh almost nothing!

Nice!

I meant to ask. What are you doing for the ribbon just stare at the ribbon isle in your local fabric store till you find matches?

My sorry local JoAnn's had nothing close. These are not perfect but I had to comb through a ton of trim online to get this close.

Here are my cell phone bits with the right circuit board, at least. I gave up hunting for a better keyboard. I still think it is from a cordless phone and not a cell phone.

Going this route for the left biceps: Frankenpatch! The ford patch is trimmed down and glued onto the black star sheriff patch.

The star is great and the ford patch is a good match for the colors. I struggle to find good reference for what that patch really looks like.

It appears there is a grey rectangular patch on the back of the left biceps. Has anyone managed to get a shot at what it is?
