Sorry about your money guys...I cant help you with that, but for those of you who just want a file, here's the hi res file *I* used for mine. In fact, I just sent the link to someone here last night.

It's a big file...32mb. It was sent to me a couple years ago from a really cool guy named Kevin.
Please note this is the hi res map image *w/o* the FOY chalice.

I took it to Kinkos and had it printed on canvas, it cost me about 50.00 in 2010.

Well, either my emails fell into the void or he chose not to respond to them either. I'm very cautious about bad-mouthing anybody online (that stuff haunts you) but it's been two years. I hit the limit of my generous nature.

I was in for $300 for a POTC map. When Eli did his bit of delivering everything he promised, he mistakenly sent me a National Treasure leather tube with the Courant letters, an Abigail Chase ID and the "M. Daniels" ID. No POTC map.

The items have to be from Eli since I ordered nothing from anybody else at that time, and don't collect National Treasure props. And nobody else had my address to send them -- I'm not that prolific a props buyer.

I was hoping somebody would PM me the items so that I could send them to whoever ordered them, but that hasn't happened. I don't want them. It doesn't feel right to sell them. Anybody have a suggestion?

I think it would be a good idea if we could get a clear list of what Eli owe's everyone.

So if you are still waiting on something from Eli, can you post here. Just let everyone know exactly what items you ordered, or if it is a refund you are waiting for.

This might be a lost cause, but if nobody posts what you are owed, then this will be forgotten, and you will have no chance of getting anything.

I recently spoke with Eli, and I still do not trust anything he says! But the fact he answered my recent emails, I would like to present to him a full list of everything he owes the members of the RPF.

National Treasure Leather Tube, and Goonies Wallet and Newspaper.. Never received refund or items.. Wouldn't be surprised if that was the Leather Tube I was suppose to get TheMalum, as there were NT Paper Props with it too.. Then shortly after that was paid for etc, paid for the Goonies Wallet and Newspaper that he was selling..

Beechy, looks like that probably is your stuff. I have just read back through all of this thread, and you are the only person who has come forward mentioning you were owed some National Treasure stuff.

Hopefully Malum will be able to get them to you some how, obviously looks like you will have to pay postage, but I guess at least you can get hold of something you paid for!

I honestly can't remember what National Treasure Paper Props were coming with it, but was definitely a Leather Tube.. And I think the Goonies Wallet and Newspaper were from his private Collection.. I sent a heap of PMs and emails and only received one reply saying he'd refund the money, but never heard a thing since then, apart from this topic..

Well I think the best thing to do is either see if Malum would be so kind to post you the National Treasure stuff, and you pay him whatever the postage is.

Or if this is no good, Malum could possibly sell this stuff, which I don't think anyone would object to, then he could forward you the money, less what it costs him to send these to the buyer of the items....

At least then you will be partially sorted. As for the Goonies stuff, if you want to pm me with your real name, and I can try and ask him about this for you.

btw, I just want to make it clear that I do not know Eli, and I think he is a first class thief and liar. But if I can help any members here in any way I can, I will see what I can do for you!

I couldn't find many postings made by Eli.... Just wonderin'...

I am sure he did have some For Sale threads, but don't know what happened to them...

He is supposed to be getting the full map to Indy who has been kind enough to offer to help the members out who paid for, but did not receive the map.

I have spoken to other members about other dealings Eli has tried on people out of this forum, and without getting myself banned for bad language, let's just say he is the lowest of the low with what he will try on people!!!!!!! I even remember finding something he posted on another website saying something about he knows kids that have cancer, or something along those lines, and that he would like it if someone could donate some props for the kids........ :sick

Now that is not against only your better judgment, but against everybody elses :behave

"If he´s sincere ..." he would have done everything that he could do refund the people. When I was an active mod we tried everything to help that guy, and as happens way too often he was NOT sincere ... So from member to member let me say that you could better toss the items into the trash if you don´t want them instead of sending them back to him! I mean you don´t even know if he had sent you the items, and now you want to make them a gift to him? I suggest that you´d probably really seek out a member who was owed by him, helping that member out. Your gesture is very generous, but I think the Eli does not deserve any generosity.

For those following this thread, Eli actually surprised us and refunded what it cost TheMalum to post the NT stuff back to him......

I spoke to Eli via email again, and he told me he was going to put this National Treasure tube on ebay! I told him that was a bad idea, and that this should be forwarded to one of the members here, who it should have gone to in the first place! I am still waiting a reply!

He also told me he will be finally get the full Pirates of the Caribbean map and will send this to Indy Magnoli, who mentioned he will see what he can do to help people out with this map. I do not know the full details, and I can not speak for Indy on what he will be able to do for you guys.

But I am pushing for this map to get sent to Indy a.s.a.p.!!!

Here's hoping I can try and get something sorted for you guys. I know it has nothing to do with me, but I felt I should get involved to see what I could do. Eli should be doing this himself and getting in contact with each and every one of you, but for whatever reasons he is not.
