It has been made known to me that National Treasure items were returned to Eli ( :lol Eli, we'll get to that ), who was going to relist them on eBay..

Now, pretty sure that was what was owed to me along time ago, along with Goonies items.. Then find out they were sold to someone else on eBay.. And now they have been relisted; but wait; it get's better; brace yourselves; the seller on eBay that has the National Treasure items relisted, is msprincess_2u_99.. This is the same seller I have had issues with on eBay, when I won the Slughorn Hourglass, which was listed as Screen Used, and asked me to let them reauction it, to see how much more they can.. This was agreed to with the promise of selling me a Screen Used Mechanical Mandrake, even sent me photos, for a good price.. Never got the promised Mandrake..

This is also a seller that is known to sell items as Screen Used, when they aren't.. For me personally, this just got a whole lot better.. You can read some information that I posted in my Collection Thread:

I still have eBay messages from the seller about it all and promising etc, even emails I think.. Let me just check the email: Yes, emails too.. I'll PM Andy to see if it is the same he's been using..
 
I know the ebay account he was using a while ago wasn't his, it was his friends, and that got closed down. The email address on that account was: jcarlosram@aol.com

I do know he has another email address which is: ariasoundent@aol.com

When he mentioned to me he was going to put the stuff on ebay, he obviously has another account in his name, or he has other friends he is using to sell stuff for him...

I think this stuff on ebay now, has to be the stuff he got from TheMalum. Although he did say he was going to send this stuff to you.

You will have to let us all know if he replies to your email!
 
Seeing this is some what related, thought I'll add this here.. The National Treasure items that were sent back to Eli, were auctioned on eBay by a seller msprincess_2u_99 ( Think it's him ) and as I've mentioned before had issues with this seller on eBay as it was.. I contacted Eli, via email, and informed him what I was owed..

He said he only had one that was suppose to have gone to sarednab.. Now I'm pretty sure I paid for the Leather Tubing which was including some Paper Props.. But it ended back on eBay and had a crack at it, just to see something..

Winning bid was 0***c ( 0 ) New eBay Member (less than 30 days) for $270, the other bidder was n***i ( 2 ) and stopped bidding.. Got up this morning with a Second Chance offer.. I knew this would happen.. It's like he's used new accounts to fake the auction and then offer it to me as a Second Chance for $268.72 :lol
 
Yep, unfortunately sounds like he is up to his old tricks. I think I was right when I said somewhere, "once a thief and a liar, always a thief and a liar".

He was supposed to get in contact with Indy about the map for the past week, but still nothing.

I will keep at him and see what I can do, but to be honest I think he is total scum!

Too bad this is still going on..... I did get my stuff from him, took quite some time but i got it......when i spoke to him vioa email he sounded like he wanted to make good to everyone.....I have his email if anyone wants me to relay a message, as long as it isn't prohibited here.
 
I just got a message from him.... it's just one excuse after another, or should I say one lie after another, after another!!!!

First he was going to post the map to Indy, then he said he was going to email it, then he said the scan wasn't brilliant, then he said the scan was good but would not load on his computer properly, then back to the quality of the scan not being great.... He's full of it!
 
I didn't want to let this lie, as I can not stand thieves and liars! So I publicly shamed Eli on fb, and was actually contacted by family members of his who do not trust him either, and others who have had money and credit cards stolen from him.

After a long battle he finally contacted me yesterday and has offered to make his first repayment to one of our members here that he stole from within the next week. He then said he would continue to make other repayments..... In return he asked that I remove the fb page I set up to bash him. The fb page has been removed for now to see if he keeps to his word.

I know we have been here before where we thought he was going to start paying people back and he never did, so I'm not holding my breath. But I wanted to share with you what has been going on.

Do we know exactly how many people he stole from on here, and how much he owes each of you?
 
You should have told him the page will come down once everybody has been paid
 
A good place to start would be to go through this thread and make a catalog of those he owes. You could then mention each person in a reply asking what they are owed and a record be posted here.
 
I spoke with Eli and he said he will repay Sarednab first as he knows exactly how much he owes him. If Sarednab gets his money I will post again on here and try and see who is owed what.

Trying to go through this thread to find out who is owed what so I can try and help with members getting their refunds isn't the easiest. Some have posted they were owed, but then later posted they were refunded, and some are still owed money by the look of it.

Although he doesn't owe me anything, he did steal from friends of mine which is why I got involved in the first place. So the best I can do is if you are still active on the RPF and Eli Arias owes you money, please post here with the amount he owes you and for what.

If nobody who is owed money by him posts here, then unfortunately there is nothing I can do.

Eli has promised to refund Indy Magnoli next month, so we will wait and see if he sticks to his word.... Fingers crossed!!
