Wow, so many choices but I think I'd start with a TARDIS, the house that travels with you and you can travel through both time and space. Add to that a replicator so you don't have to worry about food and clothes. And for local travel I'd want a MOSPEADA bike, fuel might be a bit tricky though depending on whether it's the Robotech or original MOSPEADA version.
