I know I know, it's been done ;-) I've just had a desire to do one for eons now.
My approach is a combo of butchering the $30 Target Ostrich costume, foam for the rest with the exception of the head which I sculpted in Zbrush and 3D printed. I'd liked to have done an all foam build honestly but I just didn't have the time. The horns I cast from foam from the 3D prints to keep the weight down. Didn't have time to do that for the head too and my biggest concern at the moment is the weight of the head. Currently printing another one that is lower density. The arms are sculpted from foam and the so are the feet, built around an old pair of crocs.

Will update later today.
