Hot Toys / Sideshow accessories (hands, feet) compatibility

Hey all, I googled around and found some vague answers, but I thought I'd ask here because people here just know stuff.

I have the Hot Toys RotJ Boba Fett (mms313), and I was wondering if I could swap out hands with Sideshow hands. Basically I'm wondering if they're compatible. I know there are places that sell wrist pegs and such things, but I was wondering if it'd be a straight match.

Anybody know?
