i got my hot toys wolf last week, he is kick ass. next won i will get will be either the P2 elder or a alien fron aliens or AVPR
 
Dark Clan and TJM you guys are not much different them me! Both of you guys got great set ups, can't wait to post mine up for you guys to see. I thought I was hardcore but you guys are HARDCORE! Damn I'm glad I found this site, for a sec I thought I was the only married man with a expensive hobby! My wife don't care she rather me have this hobby instead of spending $ somewhere else if you know what I mean :D

hey guys, got my wolf and BD P2 A few days ago. had to sell a scar to pay for both of em'. was so worth it. haven't assembled em' yet. i just don't have a safe, big enough place to display them.

the alien skull with the BD is such a cool accessory, and i like how it feels pretty solid in comparison to alot of other parts.

i don't know if someones already mentioned this, but for those who have the wolf, have you noticed the mandibles are done just like the BD P2, in that they look like they're removable, compared to previous preds. they're actually fixed, but it looks like hot toys are already preparing for an opened mouth version. they better add the proper cleaner case if they do release one, and somebody mentioned bios off the wall in the movie. that would be awesome. even better, would be if hot toys released a variety set of interchangeable pieces for different preds, but where's the money in that right?

what do you guys think?

man i can't wait to assemble these
 
Hot Toys should just release generic Predator bodies like they do with their True Type nudes, armor and helmets sets are a must too, I emailed Hot Toys a long time ago now suggesting that if they don't plan on putting out full sets of Lost Hunters from P2 they should at least put out a helmet set or a helmet and armor set comprising of the gear that the Lost Hunters wore...

I just heard that my Wolf & PredAlien are on the way from hong kong. YaaaHooooo!!! I don't know how you do it dreads but as soon as Wolf shows up I'm putting him together and if there is a battle damaged version I'll get that also. It will be interesting to what accessories come with it though.

I half agree with you Siccx, I don't think all the bodies should be the same because then they wouldn't be unique and the only difference Would be the bio mask they wear. On the other hand, an accessory pack with the Lost Hunter bio's & armor, weapons and trophies would be outstanding. It wouldn't be something new for hot toys and I think they could sell **** loads of them.

For me, it's sure that Hot Toys will produce a Battle Damaged version of the Wolf Predator, like they just did, for the Predalien (which is sold with the Collector DVD Box released, these days, in Japan or China!

That said, I'd really want that Hot Toys re-produces some new versions of the Scar and Celtic model kits, from AVP, with new dreadlocks, not bendable, but soft, just like the P2 Elder and Urban, and the AVP-R Wolf ones!
Oh, I know they'll probably never do that, but we can dream, right?

In the meantime, I'd really like to know when they'll decide to produce the model kit of the very first Predator...

dude, these guys are like gold, in my room. i absolutely have no display space, and i always gotta open the box just to look at 'em. i'm actually pretty lucky, i spent a fortune on scar, when i first heard about hot toys (that was when chopper was just released). then scored a massive bargain on scar locally, and had to take it, so i actually had 2 tucked away. I'd sell sex before selling my only scar...lol... doesn't make it easier to sell though after having it for so long. i feel bad for the guys on this forum who still need a scar. i put it up for sale here a few months back...(and that was only to pay for these new ones)... butit was pretty expensive

i've got wolfs head sitting in my cupboard, but i don't wanna risk damaging any other parts. believe me,all i want is to see these guys lined up to kick ass...****...

i would definitely get a BD wolf, but there just has to be some extras...even if they're not from the movie...

wish i could get a predalien, but gotta save for a possible new wolf... and ********* a P1... though i could use the time to recoup funds
 
Well it's good to hear you still have a Scar, but can't you use your walls and get some shelves to display the preds? that would help save on space and the shelves are fairly cheap to buy. If you use the figure stand that comes with all HT preds there is NO chance they will fall over. unless there is a earth quake.
It's just a shame you can't display them.

I just come to buy a Hot Toys Scar Predator figure, BRAND NEW, in box! It's just great! :)
It will be a torture to wait for having it, but I'll show you pics, as soon as I've received it.

I'm just asking one question to myself: will I assemble it in its original version or will I kitbash it to the custom that I want to make?

What your advice, guys?
