Highlander katana's 3D printed parts....

Hello, has anyone made a Highlander katana, Connor or Duncan Macleod's, by getting a wooden cosplay katana, taking it apart, and then adding 3D printed parts for the handle and hand guard ?

I know you can find a 3d model of Connor's tsuba and the only tuskas available for 3d are the knockoff versions of Connors and Duncan's. There used to be a model for the H3 handle on etsy. But it's been taken down for quite sometime.

I worked on a custom lightsaber that was sleeved with a 3d printed Duncan Mcleod handle, it can definitely be done. You just can't rely on the printed details for any kind of strength, just use the katana's tang as a core with the print slipped over. I can't speak for what is available (bought or free) online now, most everything I saw originally was pretty inaccurate.
