Hero TMP wrist communicator

I've had this on the back burner for quite a while now. Been thinking on how to do it. Finally got off my butt and got going on it again. It's 90% done. Need to make a wrist band and top detailing. Sorry for the low quality video. I did it with my digital camera. Kind of grainy but you can see how the lights work. Click on the picture to get the video going. The top lights alternate between blue and yellow. The bottom light is a red flasher.
