i was tightening my clamp to fit the awesome new rebelscum bubbles when the rod snapped. I just ordered a case, and a plaque for this that should be here soon.

where can i find another threaded rod???

Hi there,

I've got what I believe to be a replica lever however with the correct threaded rod ... it fits on a real graflex, perhaps you can switch this rod onto your graflex lever, would that work for you?

Send me a PM when interested,

And it'd be accurate, if you did decide to modify it. The Vader ANH just had a bent nail with the rod glued onto it, because the prop makers did exactly the same thing; they broke their rod.

Ok There are two way to fit the problen till you get a real lever and bolt. One is have the treaded section welded back on the head part of the bolt. This will be hard but not impossible. Also be carful not to over tighten the the lever.
Seaconly find a bolt the correct tread and shoulder. Grind or mill the head off to macth the bold that is broken on your clamp. Drill out the pin on the lever, Remove old broken bolt. Grind or mill the new bolt to fit and match the old one.Don't forget the pin hole. Find a bolt and nut to fit the hole in the lever. Place the new bolt in the lever add the bolt and nut to hold it in place.
I have done the the new bolt way. You only see the bolt haed and the nut in the pin hole on the lever. If you find a nice one it will look like that the way it should be. Also you are not the 1st to do it. Also I have seen levers with bolt on ebay not sure who makes them.
