Ah, sorry, didn't catch that. Had no idea about the colour though - that's very interesting. Was the over coat designed specially for the film then, or was it found?

Is this the under coat design that you had South Beach make up for you?

I think the coat was probably made specifically.

The jacket posted is similar, i think there are slight differences, the lapels on that one i'm sure are alot bigger than the screen used.

Once i get back from work, i'll take photos of both, and post the screen used pics, and sizes.

Oh the jacket, and trousers however are black.

Heres a good production pic, showing how blue the overcoat is, shows some nice under details to.



The badges are Gold NSDAP Party badge, and the other is a Bronze SA sports badge. You can get replica gold badges for very little, and REAL bronze SA sports badges can be hard for £30 or so.

Also notice the SS officers(chained) dress dagger, which i dont think is that noticeable in the film. Again fake ones are found for £35, whereas real ones are around £3000.

Forgot to mention, the lapels can be seen on this screen used pic, notice the top and bottom lapels are the same width, whereas on the SB one posted earlier the top lapels are much bigger than the lower ones.

Does anyone know what brand of gloves were used for Kroenen's ninja costume (also used by some of the mercs in Blade II)?

Is it just me? Or does the trim around the right-shoulder epaulette and collar have a slight metallic-y, silvery look to it? Thanks for posting the great pics, btw. I tired putting together a suit back when HB1 premiered but time and money kept me from finishing. This thread's making me all sorts of enthused again, though...

Yeah the shoulder board is silver braid. Heres some examples:

In the film you never see Kroenen's jacket as he has a leather coat on however Ilsa definitely has a normal Swastika armband:-

Ilsa doesnt appear to have an overcoat on, so her armband is visible. Whereas Kroenen does have an overcoat, which hides his armband. The pic i posted is of the film jacket when Revolutions auctioned it off the first time.
They had to pull them all as ebay wasnt happy with the swastikas...and later auctioned them again but hiding all swatikas with black.
