I'm doing a cosplay of Kroenen from Hellboy and thinking of making his sword baton from plastic, but the sizes of the United Cutlerys replica seem a little too big, At least the lenght of the swords.
United Cutlery claims their swords are 30 " The handle seems to sit about 20" from longest part.
But the screenused holster seem to be only 14" long and would make the strap that holds the handle just sit around the blade instead. Thus making the blades be able to fall out when moving around or climbing upside down as Kroenen does in the museum scene.
Does anyone know the size of a screen used baton?
