I think at this point it's been determined that it is a factory defect in all of the units (even HCG's unsold stock) and replacements have not come from the factory as of yet.I hadn't been following this thread but I just checked my blaster and the batteries are totally dead. I haven't used it since it first arrived, so I guess it has the same problem as all the others.

These are on their way at last!
Another 2 weeks or so and we will have them in our warehouse. So if you have changed address, it would be useful to know.......
Just send a quick email to our CS and they will take care of it.
