Just a quick bump on this one, did the replacements arrive at the warehouse?

Whats the replacement procedure for everyone in the US and UK??

Okay guys, we finally got the replacements!!(y)thumbsup

So we have now shipped out all the replacements, including International which are shipping today.

IF you don't receive yours in 7 to 10 days please contact our customer service cs@hollywood-collectibles.com, we can then check to make sure you have been sent one & track it if it has been sent. Please don't all email now to make sure yours has been sent - it will have been! Well probably:lol

Yes, we did test the electronics out prior to shipping so everything should be fine.

So does this mean that any new orders will be filled with the new corrected units (I would assume so, but you never know for sure until you ask :))?

For the UK, Are propstore going to be shipping them out on your behalf??
If so, do you know if we should contact them, or will it be an automatic ship out??
 
Got mine also--many thanks!

As a postscript, when I opened mine to test it the display/red light would cut on and off. It seemed to be worse after I slipped the battery case back into the gun handle. After looking at the holder I realized that the contacts for the button cells had been depressed quite a bit from the plastic strip used to insulate the batteries during shipping. Playing around with those contacts should fix the problem; I haven't yet done so as I haven't had time.
