Haven't seen any of the pod racers or robot army tanks/transports created in kit form.

Anakin's racer has been done... also think Sebulbas has (or was at least started). And the droid army tank has been done. Those are the ones I'm aware of.

If ever won the lottery, I'd build a house with a basement large enough to accomodate a full-sized carbon freezing chamber that would serve as my prop display room. Always been my favorite set/prop from the OT. Nobody has ever done one, and it is soooo outside of being practical. But, hey...it's fun to dream, otherwise none of us would be here.

How about either of the Mon Calamari cruisers, a la Home One or the Liberty? Very organic, original in design and honestly two of my favorite capital-size ships from the original trilogy.
