Harry Potter costuming sites?

I know this is an old thread... but does anyone know the original makers of some of the costume pieces? I know Lochaven of Scotland made the Hogwarts sweaters. But how about the ties and scarfs? Does anyone know?

I have no info on that, but I'd like to know who made the Snape outfit for the costume designers Judianna Makovsky, Lindy Hemming, Jany Temime, et.al....:cool

It was made by the internal HP/WB costuming team. There are a few interesting documentaries which you may like. Have a search on Youtube for "Harry Potter Costuming Drama" and you should find it (I had some links somewhere but can't seem to find them at the mo - if I can track them down I'll post them here for you)

Not sure who made the scarfs & ties though - good question. I seem to recall hearing that the ties were actually an existing school tie which was tweaked, but to be honest, I'm not 100% sure on that so don't hold me to it.
