Nope, don't regret it at all Patty.

Here's one of the "Other Potente Potions"

P1 of 3 for the Wiggenweld Potion

Got the ingredients list from HP Wiki (it's a "long Kentucky Long list" (reference to Huckleberry Hound - for those of you who remember your father telling you about after school cartoons;))

Made up the method myself.

@ Beechy, yeah your right gotta love them....lmao

the first few potions I made a little of the book he made pictures and done more pages

Full credit to you Sectumsempra for starting me off on this little project. It was your post #62 way back on page 3 that got me started.

Here's the link http://www.therpf.com/f64/harry-potter-book-insides-122059/index3.html#post2234064

The potions you provided are: Adoramus, Immorateum, Intellegence Draught, Invincustreim, Invisibilaitus, Wolfsbane, Mandrake Restorative Draught, Monojiuce, Patronauem, Troyjeinem and Verataserum.

I don't remember for certain if I used those potions word for word or if I combined them with other sources provided to me from lilpatty or other sources I located online, but they did get me off and running that's for sure.

Here's P2 & 3 of 3 of the Wiggenweld Potion.

Only 1 potion to complete, then I can begin to finalize.

Great job Barney and Patty! The potions look great and I feel very tempted to read them all! :thumbsup
I love how every page has the same format as the one from CoS (Polyjuice Potion) and I'm really impressed by the number of pages you've been able to write.
Really looking forward to reading the finished version! Take as much time as you need, though!
Barney, if you need any help with sorting the potions and everything I'd be glad to help (very convenient to offer my help now, when the project is almost finished, :lol). Seriously though, I'd be willing to help if there's anything you needed.

Thanks for the offer Rubeus (better late than never...:lol) but I just finished the last potion 2 minutes ago and will work on finalizing things tomorrow.

Okay, so I finished the potions and am in the process of organizing the pages into signatures for printing in book format. Takes a bit of mental gymnastics to get it correct so it might take a couple of days.

In the mean time here is P1 of 2 of the Draught of Peace. (Love the Dean Martin lounging guys...for those of you who don't know who Dean Martin is, ask your parents (or grandparents)...:lol)

Used some info off of HP Wiki and made up the rest for ingredients and method of brewing.

Needed a break from organizing the book signatures so I did a full size test print of the Laxative & Polyjuice Potion pages.

The 2nd picture shows a closeup of the age spots I added.

I think I'll use a thicker, whiter paper like something used for charcoal drawings to give a better texture and thicker page.

Looks like it will okay though.

Wow! That is very impressive, and I agree that some sort of art paper might be worth trying out, however what you have there looks excellent already! I hope you'll be able to make a few of these books :D I love the frayed edges too!

Looks fantastic!

And hahaha, I second Alexxx. Are you going to put the Hogwarts library lending stamp at the beginning of the book?

Thanks ecl.

I used a heavy cream colored construction paper and although its not bad I think the pages should be a little stiffer with some texture and maybe a little lighter. I thought the rough edge kind of gives it a vintage feel.

WOW bfd this is AMAZING !!!
I am sure that you stole it from Hogwarts Library !!! :)
Alexxx

That restricted section sure is hard to find...:lol

Looks fantastic!

Not a bad idea...
